Her dental office provides of Digital Smile Design (DSD) & Invisalign® treatments in a multidisciplinary, holistic and digital approach that combines the principles of teeth alignment and cosmetic smile makeover. This approach enables our patients to enjoy a motivational smile session (smile test-drive) so they can see and feel their future smile before commencing with the treatment.
We believe that cultural change is needed to enable and encourage changes in oral care. We run awareness campaigns to oral diseases and create a greater preventative image for oral health by explaining how that links to the general health and well-being. We also initiate and enhance adults’ behavioural changes toward oral hygiene habits to reduce the risk factors for oral diseases, such as smoking and unhealthy nutrition. In addition, we dedicate extra care to our ageing patients who are at higher risk for periodontal diseases. We invest time and effort to perform more preventive dental procedures, give oral hygiene instructions and some home-care prescriptions. Above all, we assess the status of gum health for our patients before starting any dental procedure and perform periodic checkup for our patients at regular intervals. The dental preventive procedures include regular periodontal screenings (PSI), professional dental cleaning and polishing the teeth with the aim of removing Biofilm and plaque deposits. Additional ultrasonic deep cleaning will be performed when there are signs of gum or periodontal disease. Special gum-care programs are tailored for pregnant ladies who are under high risk of developing periodontal diseases. These programs aim to monitor and enhance their gum health during pregnancy and after giving birth.
Minimally Invasive Dentistry
Minimally invasive dentistry is a modern concept in dentistry that allows completing dental procedures without removing more tooth structure than necessary. We apply minimally invasive cosmetic dental treatments according to State-of-the-art aesthetic dentistry techniques and biomimetic rules. We are keen to preserve the natural smile, to improve it when slightly damaged (cracks, signs of tooth wear of initial cavities) or to repair defects with minimal structure loss in an early stage in order to prevent root canal treatment or tooth removal.
